With light reflecting off water you get a different perspective on light. Funny enough you can get a more brighter reflection during the night than during the daytime. The reflection of the light bouncing off the water gives a bright and sparkling shine with a smooth gloss to it. With also the night sky of stars lighting up the water you get a blend of light reflections without forgetting the moon reflection from the sun.
