Have you ever noticed when your driving down a highway, or down a main road and you get blinded by a big lit up led billboard. I notice this a lot when I'm driving long hours or just going through to get to my next destination. The blinding leds from the billboard always blind my attention to and of coure every time and in most circumstances it's during the evening / night time. You get blinded and drawn to these high power lights. Sometimes I can understand how people get into car accidents being distracted from the road.
